Return Policy:
Personal Hygiene items are Non- Returnable (such as commodes, raised toilet seats, hand held showers) and other personal hygiene products not listed. All other returns (pending authorization) must be made within 10 business days of purchase. Exceptions: Worn, used or altered items are not accepted for returns. Restocking fee: All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Fees such as delivery, shipping and labor fees are Not Returnable. Any other discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Special Order Items are not returnable, but all warranties for those items will be honored.
